Slip From the Terrace, Horrific Fall Onto Sharp Iron Grill
During the cleaning, the bucket slipped from the girl’s hand, causing her to lose balance. She fell from the second floor and landed directly onto the sharp spikes of the iron gate grill.
The impact was so severe that the iron spikes pierced and tore her jaw, leaving her critically injured. The girl then fell to the ground, bleeding heavily.
According to the family, the iron grill caused deep cuts as well as infection due to rusted metal, and doctors have been forced to replace her blood because of internal complications. She has also suffered a serious injury to her chest.
Police Register FIR; Statement of the Child Recorded
Cantt Police Station in-charge KK Lunthi confirmed that an FIR has been registered against the house owner, Kamlesh Upadhyay, for endangering the life of a minor and forcing her into hazardous work.
