Uttarkashi tunnel accident
Now politics has also started in the Silkyara Tunnel accident that took place on November 9 in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand. Congress has held the BJP government responsible for this accident. Congress has alleged that the government did not start rescue operations in time, leading to delay in evacuating the workers.

Congress state president Karan Mahara said that the BJP government should apologize for this accident. He said that the BJP government has shown complete failure regarding this accident.
Congress leader and former Chief Minister Harish Rawat said that this accident is the result of negligence of the government. He said the government delayed rescue operations, making it difficult to evacuate workers. Rawat said that the government should investigate this accident and take action against the culprits.
At the same time, BJP has accused Congress of doing politics in this accident. BJP said that Congress is trying to defame the government by taking advantage of this accident.
