Uttarkashi Tunnel Rescue
After a lot of efforts, the rescue team has been successful in the Uttarkashi Tunnel accident. The work of evacuating 41 laborers safely is now at the last stage. Today breakthrough was found at 57 meters in the tunnel.

Today is the 17th day of the Silkyara Tunnel accident of Uttarkashi. The rescue operation has reached its final stages. After drilling 57 meters, the rescue team got a breakthrough and now good news can come for the trapped laborers at any time. After getting the breakthrough, the drilling team inserted a pipe through which the laborers trapped inside the tunnel can be reached. After which the process of evicting the workers will begin.

According to the information received, NDRF personnel will be sent inside the tunnel with stretchers and oxygen cylinders. There will also be a doctor there along with every labourer. If we talk about vertical drilling, 36 meters of work has been done so far. Just now the movement outside the tunnel intensified. All 41 hi-tech ambulances have been deployed outside the tunnel. Everyone has also been put on alert in Chinyalisaur Hospital. State CM Pushkar Dhami has also reached the spot.
The prediction of Baba Boukhnag, the revered deity of the area, who came into limelight for safely evacuating 41 laborers trapped since November 12 at the Silkyara Tunnel under construction on Yamunotri Highway, proved correct today.
Seeing the setbacks in their efforts to evacuate the workers, the officials associated with the tunnel and the local people reached Bhatiya village, the police station of Baba Boukhnag, and petitioned for the safe evacuation of the workers.
