For this event to be held in Bandra city, furnaces have been running for seven days and sweets and snacks are being made continuously. About five lakh guests are expected to attend this event. Accordingly, preparations are also being done.
The event is being organized in the name of All Religion Free Marriage Conference. 2200 couples have registered in this event. Media in-charge Manoj Jain Adinath, who is looking after the work of mass marriage conference, told that the whole team is engaged in the work. Work is going on since one month. Food is being prepared for five days. About three lakh kilos of food items are being made for the people coming to the event.
In this, 800 quintal Nukti, 800 quintal gram flour sweets have been prepared. Apart from this, 350 quintals of namkeen have also been prepared. Along with this, 500 quintal carry launji is being made. About 1500 quintals of puris and vegetables are to be made, which will start from tonight in the evening. On the 26th, food has been kept from 10 am to 6 pm.
People will be served nuktiye gram flour sweets, namkeen, curry launji and puri in the food. In this case, it will cost around Rs 150 per person. A tractor trolley has been used to keep 800 quintals of Nukti made for the wedding. Nukti is kept in the trolley by putting a plastic cover in it, in the same way gram flour sweets are also stored, Namkeen is also packed in big polythene packets in the same way.
It has been told that tents and domes have been made in about two thousand bighas of land on the Kota Bandra National Highway. In view of the possibility of rain, all the domes are waterproof. 2200 couples will be able to sit together in the Main Dome. New roads have been built to reach the Dome. Of these, 111 couples are Muslims and the rest are Hindus who come from different societies. About three thousand late baths have been made. Food for five lakh people has been cooked.
In which about four lakh kg of material has been dumped. There is about 60,000 kg of ghee and oil in it. There is arrangement of one crore liters of water. The entire event is estimated to cost around Rs 100 crore. About 1.5 lakh is being spent on each couple. The event is free for couples to attend.
