UP News: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken strict action against the corruption happening in the state. He has suspended Jaunpur Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Ganesh Prasad Singh and Bijnor SDM Adesh Singh Sagar on charges of corruption. Both PCS officers have been attached to the Revenue Council. The allegations leveled against both the officers have been confirmed in the investigation, on the basis of which suspension action has been taken.
Allegations of financial irregularities against Jaunpur CRO
All the allegations against Jaunpur Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Ganesh Prasad Singh have been found correct in the investigation. The DM had sent a letter to the Appointment Department regarding his suspension. Actually, Ganesh Prasad Singh is accused of financial irregularities along with irregularities in government work.
SDM Adesh Singh Sagar had taken Rs 4 lakh
At the same time, the allegations against Bijnor SDM Adesh Singh Sagar have also been found correct. Actually, according to media reports, during his posting in Firozabad, SDM Adesh Singh Sagar had done some irregularities in the land of the victim. He transferred some part of the victim’s land in the name of his computer operator and took Rs 4 lakh. Some people had occupied the victim’s land, for which he had given an application to the SDM to vacate it.
