It was informed that a goods train derailed at Mendhapali in Bargarh. Five bogies of the goods train derailed here. Local railway officials have reached the spot as soon as the accident was reported.

Due to derailment of the goods train, the movement of trains on the said track has come to a standstill. It is said that limestone is loaded in the goods train. There was no loss of life or property in this accident. It is being told that the goods train was carrying the goods of a private cement factory.
