Ganesh Chaturthi 2023 : The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated with great pomp in Uttarakhand. People are installing Ganpati Bappa in their homes and temples. This time the demand for Lord Ganesha idols has increased significantly, due to which the faces of the sculptors are beaming.

Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated in the districts of Haridwar, Dehradun, Rishikesh, Nainital, Almora, Pithoragarh, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Uttarkashi etc. of Uttarakhand. People are worshiping Ganpati Bappa.

Ganpati ji was brought with great pomp to the Ardhanarishwar temple located on Kishanpur Canal Road, Dehradun. A grand statue of Ganpati Bappa has been installed in the temple. People are performing Aarti of Bappa and praying to him for happiness and prosperity.

The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is a major festival of Hindu religion. Lord Ganesha was born on this day. Lord Ganesha is called the remover of obstacles. By worshiping them all obstacles are removed.

On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, Pandit Acharya Rakesh Dhasmana told the auspicious time and a tableau was taken out from the ancient Shiva temple on Canal Road. The tableau passed through the Shiva temple and reached Ardhanarishwar temple located in Kishanpur.

On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, a grand program was organized at Ardhanarishwar Temple located on Kishanpur Canal Road, Dehradun. The program was inaugurated by Pandit Acharya Rakesh Dhasmana. He told about the auspicious time of Ganesh Chaturthi and told people about the importance of worshiping Lord Ganesha.

During the program, a grand tableau was taken out from the ancient Shiva temple on Canal Road. The tableau reached Ardhanarishwar temple located in Kishanpur via Canal Road. A grand statue of Lord Ganesha has been installed in the temple. People performed aarti of Lord Ganesha and worshiped him and prayed for happiness and prosperity.

 

Regarding the program, Pandit Acharya Rakesh Dhasmana said that the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is a major festival of Hindu religion. Lord Ganesha was born on this day. Lord Ganesha is called the remover of obstacles. By worshiping them all obstacles are removed. He said that by worshiping Lord Ganesha as per the rituals on this day, all the wishes are fulfilled.

Prasad was also arranged for all the people involved in the tableau. Bananas, potato puri, vegetables, cold drinks, chips etc. were arranged as Prasad. The Prasad was arranged by two people named Shubham and Manish.

Both Shubham and Manish Bansal are residents of Kishanpur Canal Road. Both celebrate the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi with great pomp. This time he decided to arrange prasad for everyone involved in the tableau.

Shubham said that he is a devotee of Lord Ganesha. He wants everyone to worship Lord Ganesha and wish him happiness and prosperity. By arranging Prasad, he wanted to express his love for Lord Ganesha to the people.

Manish Bansal said that he always does something new to celebrate the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. This time he received the blessings of Lord Ganesha by feeding him Prasad.

Everyone involved in the tableau felt very happy with the arrangement of Prasad by Shubham and Manish Bansal. He said that Shubham and Mukesh have done a very good job.

Bhajan-kirtan and musical program were also organized during the program. People enjoyed the hymns and songs of Lord Ganesha. Prasad was distributed at the end of the program.

A large number of people participated in the program. People celebrated the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi with great pomp.
