1. The procedure for consecrating Lord Shri Ganesha has been mentioned in the scriptures. There are special benefits of consecrating Lord Shri Ganesha on Ganesh Chaturthi. On this day, anoint Lord Ganesha with pure water. Also recite Ganapati Atharva Shirsha. Later, offer mawa laddus and distribute them among the devotees.
2. According to Jyoti Shastra, Ganesh Yantra is a very miraculous instrument. Install it in the house on Ganesh Chaturthi. Installation and worship of this Yantra is very beneficial. By keeping this yantra in the house, no evil power of any kind enters the house.
3. If you have a lot of problems in your life, then feed green fodder to the elephant on Ganesh Chaturthi and go to the Ganesh temple and pray to get rid of your problems. With this, the problems in your life can go away in a few days.
4. If you desire wealth, then for this, after taking bath in the morning on Ganesh Chaturthi, offer pure ghee and jaggery to Lord Shri Ganesha. After some time, feed ghee and jaggery to the cow. By taking these measures money related problems can be solved.

In worship, offer five bundles of turmeric to Lord Ganesha while reciting the mantra Shri Ganadhipataye Namah.
