This matter is going on in Chhapra court. For the last several dates, Khesari was not appearing in the court. The court had also asked him to be present but he did not turn up on the date. After which the court removed the non-bailable warrant in his name. On the basis of which the police can arrest them and produce them in the court.’

Khesari Lal Yadav had bought the land in 2019 in the name of his wife Chanda Devi. It is alleged that the check given for its payment got bounced. An FIR was lodged against Khesari on this. Khesari was then granted interim bail by the court. After this, Khesari did not come on consecutive dates, then the court issued a warrant canceling Khesari’s interim bail.
