Uttarakhand Board Exam 2023 Update: This year 2,59,439 students will appear in the board exam. 1,32,115 candidates are registered in high school, 1,27,324 in intermediate. The help of CCTV installed in schools is being taken to prevent cheating in board exams.
High school and intermediate examinations conducted by the Uttarakhand School Education Council have started across the state from Thursday (March 16). On the first day, 3324 candidates of class 12 remained absent. According to the information released from the board headquarters, no case of copying came to light in any district of the state.
Intermediate Hindi and Agriculture Hindi subject exams were held on Thursday. There were 1,24,090 students registered in Hindi subject out of which only 1,20,775 candidates appeared in the examination. 3,315 left the exam. Of these, 867 in Haridwar district, 381 in Dehradun, 150 in Uttarkashi, 218 in Tehri, 163 in Pauri, 132 in Chamoli, 66 in Rudraprayag, 132 in Pithoragarh, 53 in Champawat, 98 in Almora, 71 in Bageshwar, 179 in Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar District 796 examinees are included. Out of 511 candidates registered in Krishi Hindi, 502 appeared. Nine examinees remained absent.
Uttarakhand Board Exam 2023 Update 191 sensitive, 18 hypersensitive exam centers
For high school, intermediate, 1333 examination centers have been set up in the entire state,
of which 191 are sensitive and 18 are very sensitive.
Single examination centers 34, 1299 mixed centers have been made. Pauri has the maximum number of exam centers at 136,
while Champawat has the least number of exam centers at 39.
Police force will be arranged by the administration at the most sensitive examination centres.
