‘Kaafal’ web series is a web series depicting the culture and life of Uttarakhand. This web series is being shot in Nainital and Ranikhet of Uttarakhand. The producer of this web series is Aarushi Nishank, who is the daughter of former Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank. Well-known actor of Uttarakhand Hemant Pandey is also working in the web series.
Regarding the concept of the web series, Aarushi Nishank said that she wants to show the culture and life of the mountains to the world through the silver screen. Various aspects of the life of the mountain people will be shown in the web series. It will depict the natural beauty of the mountain, the culture of the mountain, the lifestyle of the mountain people and the challenges faced by the mountain people.
