Directors of Sinmit Communications, Dalip Sindhi and Rajeev Mittal, revealed that for the first time the competition is being expanded to multiple districts of Uttarakhand. The initiative aims to provide talented girls from remote areas better opportunities without requiring them to travel repeatedly to Dehradun.
According to the organizers, auditions and competitions are being conducted in districts including Tehri, Almora, Pithoragarh, Nainital, Rudrapur, Roorkee, Haridwar, Srinagar, and Uttarkashi. Selected participants from these regional rounds will directly qualify for the grand finale of Miss Uttarakhand 2026.

Organizers stated that the Miss Uttarakhand platform has consistently played a significant role in promoting local talent to the national entertainment industry.
