On the eve of Uttarakhand Global Investor Summit 2023, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met the representatives of investor delegates who had come for the summit at the Chief Minister’s residence.

Welcoming the representatives from the industry, the Chief Minister said that this time the theme of the Global Investors Summit has been kept by the Uttarakhand government as “Peace to Prosperity”.
All preparations for the Global Investors Summit have been completed by the state government. This event is being organized by the government with the aim of establishing Uttarakhand as a new investment destination.
The state government had set a target of investment of Rs 2.5 lakh crore in the Global Investors Summit. In which the set target has been accomplished. The Chief Minister said that apart from this, the work of signing MoUs with industry groups is in progress. He said that our government is continuously working to create employment in the state through investment and promote local products.
The Chief Minister said that the grounding of Rs 44,000 crore on the very first day of the Global Investors Summit in Uttarakhand will give further impetus to the economic pace of the state. This will be the first time that grounding of a project on such a large scale is being started.

The Chief Minister told the investor delegate that there are immense possibilities for investment in Uttarakhand. The state’s convenient geographical location, rich natural resources, young and skilled workforce, favorable investment policies etc. are the centers of attraction for investors.
The Chief Minister asked the investor delegates to cooperate in strengthening the economy of Uttarakhand by investing in it. We will make every possible effort to encourage your investment.

On this occasion, Industry Department Secretary Dilip Jawalkar, Vice Chairman of Investment Promotion Board Vinod Kumar Suman, Chief Secretary R.D. Dhiman, Additional Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan, Additional Chief Secretary Radhika Jha, Secretary Tourism Dilip Jawalkar etc. were present.
Global Investor Summit 2023 is being organized in Dehradun on December 8 and 9, 2023.
